Red Seal Program

A Red Seal Inspection TM is an in depth analysis of a customer's particular piece of equipment that comes complete with a detailed written review of parts that need replacing. The customer has the option to take the equipment home and do the work himself or get our trained technicians to professionally repair it. The great majority of customers choose our professionals; I mean can you see yourself tinkering around with electrical components of a $300,000 combine? Trying to save $200 by doing it yourself?

The Red Seal Program is an Inspection program designed to give customers not only a "piece of mind" before putting the equipment to work, but also give them confidence that the equipment they own is being well maintained. After reading some of the features and benefits below, you will find that quite simply a well maintained and inspected unit is of significant more value than one that is not, both in the short and long term.

 

 

Features and Benefits 

• Free trucking within 50 miles of dealership or free oil change (oil and filter).
• Prevention of downtime by:

Ø potential failures uncovered previous to fieldwork
Ø minor repairs or adjustments that could or will lead to major failures are addressed
Ø tips and advisement on abnormal wear or repeat failures due to being unfamiliar with advanced operating procedures.

• Red Seal has been a recognized tool by our customers and has had great success in regards to keeping equipment up and running at peak performance and in turn of course reducing downtime and costs.

• Six months parts and labor warranty from the date of first use for seasonal products. (Labor covered by Agritrac Equipment Ltd. not Case)

• Insures all Case upgrade programs have been completed on qualifying units.

• Reduces operating costs through proper maintenance and unexpected failures. (Small repairs rather than major failures)

• Documentation of inspections throughout the life of the equipment significantly increases its value .

• All Inspections completed by qualified and authorized factory trained technicians .

• No additional work is performed without customer authorization .

• Presence of a complete Red Seal decal indicates a well maintained and mechanically sound machine.

 

 

Red Seal "Plus"

• Includes additional inspection points up and above the Red Seal Inspection.

• Includes oil analysis program that meets and exceeds Case requirements under the Ultrashield component of the Red Seal program.

• Oil sampling gives insight to potential catastrophic failures before they occur on internal components of the equipment. In turn, once again the customer has a chance to have a minor repair performed rather than encountering a major failure.

• The Ultrashield program is a component of the Red Seal "Plus."

• Free detailing included, cleaning and wash.

• Includes all samples and results.

• Additional $400 value for only $250 .

Sign up 4 Red Seal Inspections by July 15 and get charged for only three units! Units must be in the shop within 12 months from signing date.

All red seals can be grouped together; the free Red Seal will be on the lowest cost unit – i.e. if the customer has 3 combines and one baler, the baler will be the free Red Seal.
